Saul meets Peter and James: Saul (Paul) visited Jerusalem for a short time, just fifteen days. Part of that time was spent with the apostles Peter and James. He also spent time preaching and talking with Jews.
Galations 1:18 - "Then after three years, I went up to Jerusalem to get acquainted with Peter and stayed with him fifteen days. I saw none of the other apostles--only James, the Lord's brother." (NIV)
Acts 9:28-29 - "So Saul stayed with them and moved about freely in Jerusalem, speaking boldly in the name of the Lord. He talked and debated with the Grecian Jews, but they tried to kill him." (NIV)
